If weather makes it impossible to detail safely, the appointment will be rescheduled at no charge. You'll be notified as early as possible. See the weather policy for full details.

It depends on the package and any add-ons. A basic exterior wash typically takes 1–2 hours, while a full interior and exterior detail can run 3–5 hours. Estimated durations are shown on the booking form before you submit.

Cash and card are both accepted. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe — a payment link is sent when your appointment is confirmed. Cash can be paid the day of service.

Shine Shark currently provides mobile detailing at homes with driveway access, an outdoor water spigot, and a standard electrical outlet. Apartments, workplaces, and locations without water or electric access are not currently supported.
